- Give a time for reading
- Give surprisingly kiss to someone who you love
- Lend you favorite CD or books to your friends

- Hold your desire to give criticism to someone
- Send unexpected letter with full attention to your old friend
- Remove the envy and jealous feeling when you see other people get success
- Laugh together with your family and friends
- Cry if you cannot hold the sad feeling, Release it
- Say “ I Love You” to your lover
- Buy magazine or book which it is the favorite of your father and give to him
- Ask your nephew and niece to play together with you in Garden
- Massage your mother's stiff when she feel tired
- Give the best smile to your friend who feels sad
- Sometimes give special food to your pet
- Gather together with your family in living room and spend time to share your experience or story that happen to you today
- Tell a funny story to your colleagues
